Every corporate assignment follows the same clear path, so you always know who is with your people, what is happening and who to call.
Tell us what you need: who is travelling, where and when, and anything that concerns you. We review it and, where needed, carry out a short risk assessment.
You receive a clear quote setting out the team, vehicles, schedule and cost, so you can approve it with confidence.
Once you approve, we lock in the team and logistics and begin advance work on routes, venues and timings.
Before the assignment starts you receive the vehicle details and the bio of every protection officer and driver assigned, so you know exactly who will be with your people.
Two secure groups are set up: one with the principals for day-to-day coordination, and a separate operational group, without the principals, for the team and the GSOC.
The GSOC keeps you informed throughout: movements, timings and any change of plan, until the assignment ends.
